Our Services

Travivo Routes is a personal travel concierge offering fully managed, end-to-end trip planning. We handle everything — from crafting your itinerary to booking restaurants, event tickets, unique activities, and VIP services. Our team remains available to support you throughout your entire journey.

Booking & Confirmation

Each itinerary is tailored individually. Once all details and pricing are agreed upon, we proceed with bookings. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request. The ability to modify bookings depends on the policies of individual partners and service providers.

Limitation of Liability

Travivo Routes acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for force majeure events, flight delays, venue changes, or any circumstances beyond our control. We will always work to find the best alternative solution for you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

Refund Policy

At Travivo Routes, we are committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences. If something didn't meet your expectations, we're here to make it right.

Concierge Planning Fee

The fee for itinerary development and trip organization is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it reflects the time and expertise of our specialists dedicated to your request.

Restaurant, Ticket & Activity Bookings

Refunds for specific bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the individual partner or service provider. We will initiate and manage the refund process on your behalf.

VIP Services

Refund terms for VIP services (private transfers, exclusive guides, special events) are agreed upon individually and outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellation by Travivo Routes

If Travivo Routes is unable to deliver the agreed services due to our fault, you will receive a full refund of the concierge planning fee.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us within 14 days of the service date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
